Social Security Disability Exams
We provide social security disablity exams in partnership with the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA). We do not have any say in the final outcome of a patient’s disablity case. We only examine patients. All disability compensation decisions are made by GVRA and the Social Security Administration. We will make sure to provide a good experience for you during your disability exam.
VA Disability Exams
We have several medical professionals who evaluate veterans for their disability claims at our clinic. These appointments for veterans are scheduled by some of our partners in service. We only examine veterans. All veterans disability compensation and pension decisions are determined by the VA. If you have a question about the location of your appointment, then please contact Renew Health Clinic and we’ll be happy to direct you. Please contact the organization that scheduled your appointment if you need to reschedule (the organization might be VES, Optum Serve, QTC, or Loyal Source). Please contact the VA if you have any questions about your claim because we cannot answer these questions for you.
Diagnostic Exams
We offer various diagnostic exams at our main location and through our partners. We also travel across the United States to offer diagnostic exams. Our diagnostic exams include Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), Echocardiogram (Echo), Electrocardiogram (EKG), X-Ray, and Sleep Study.
School, Work, DFCS, & Sports Physicals
We offer standard physicals for many different needs including school, work, sports, and the Department of Children and Family Services. We only except cash or card for physical examinations and the fee is $40. Please call us to schedule an appointment for your physical examination. Make sure to bring your form to be filled out if you have one. If you need a physical for a reason outside of this common list, then we will try to accommodate you.
